Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or

in the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you have taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please ensure that the goods are returned with their original tags, securely packaged, and sufficiently postage paid to Verity Clothing.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
