Scope of application
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) of Verity Clothing, Owner: Vincent Raiss, apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods concluded between a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter “Customer”) and the seller via the online shop https://verityclo.store.
Any differing terms of the Customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed otherwise.
1.2 A consumer within the meaning of these T&C is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
An entrepreneur within the meaning of these T&C is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.

Conclusion of contract
2.1 The following rules regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed through our online shop https://verityclo.store.
2.2 The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation for the Customer to submit a binding offer.
2.3 The Customer submits a legally binding offer by completing the order process through the integrated order form. The order process includes:
Selecting the products
Adding them to the shopping cart
Entering personal data and payment information
Reviewing the order
Submitting the order by clicking the order button
2.4 Receipt of the order is confirmed by an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer.
2.5 The seller may accept the Customer’s offer within 5 days by:
a) sending a written order confirmation or an order confirmation via email,
b) dispatching the goods, or
c) requesting payment.
The contract is concluded once the earliest of these alternatives occurs.
2.6 The Customer must ensure that the email address provided during the order process is correct to allow for proper communication.

Prices
The prices listed on the website are final prices in euros, including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs.
Shipping costs within Germany: €5.99 per order.

Payment terms
The Customer may choose from the following payment methods:

Apple Pay
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
Klarna
Shop Pay
Payment becomes due when the order is completed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Delivery and shipping conditions
5.1 Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
5.2 Shipping is carried out via DHL.
5.3 Partial deliveries are permitted; shipping costs will only be charged once.
5.4 If DHL returns the goods because delivery was not possible, the Customer shall bear the cost of return shipping unless the Customer is not responsible for the failed delivery or has exercised the right of withdrawal.

Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Verity Clothing until full payment has been made.

Liability for defects (warranty)
7.1 In the event of defective goods, statutory warranty rights apply.
7.2 If the Customer requests a replacement, the defective goods must be returned to Verity Clothing immediately and before the replacement is dispatched.

Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this only applies insofar as mandatory consumer protection laws of the Customer’s country of residence do not conflict.

Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins once the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer (not the carrier) has taken possession of the last item.

Using the model withdrawal form is optional.
Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal, the seller will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or proof of return is provided.
The Customer must return the goods within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
The Customer is only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
